Aircraft Maintenance Technicians First-shift positions reporting to Maintenance Manager. We are seeking additional A&P general aviation mechanics to work in our fast-paced maintenance shop. Our technicians perform maintenance on privately owned general aviation aircraft and our charter and rental aircraft fleets, which include light jets. The positions involve the inspection, repair and modification of the entire aircraft and special equipment, including the overhaul of some components. Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
Requirements: Must have A&P license with a minimum of 3 years experience working on general aviation aircraft. Strong knowledge of materials, methods, tools & standard practices of the aircraft mechanic trade is necessary. Must be skilled in the use of all common and special purposes aircraft maintenance tools & test equipment. Experience with the repair of sheet metal and composite structures is required. Ability to diagnosis and repair aircraft components to include electrical wiring is needed. Painting skills will be a plus, but not a requirement. Must bring own aircraft mechanic tools to the job.

Charter Supervisor Seeking an energetic, detail-oriented person to head up our charter team. The position responsibilities are as follows:
- Manages all facets of charter operations including coordinationg and monitoring the charter coordinators.
- Responsible for developing and implementing charter-related training and development programs to include Total FBO and all operating systems and procedures.
- Uses IT technology/software to schedule and track charter department staff to accommodate the workload and related ressponsibilities with efficiency and accuracy.
- Develops and implements CQI processes to monitor all facets of charter coordinators.
- Electronically tracks and completes charter travel arrangements accurately by identifying needs, planning itineraries, booking reservations, dispatching flights, gathering purchase documentation, calculating charges, and issuing invoices.
- Manages charter files for current and future charter customers and other supplemental information.
- Acts as liaison to ensure charter information is available to all departments.
- Creates an efficient paperless system for managing, scheduling, and planning all flights to allow the efficient use of the aircraft.
- Develops and refines existing systems and processes to improve efficiencies including Total FBO.
- Maximizes revenue from booked charter flights and other opportunities.
- Compiles monthly reports and statistical information.
- Contributes to increasing company charter sales.
- Uses technology to analyze work flow and make recommendations for improvement regarding efficiency, whilte maintaining safety.
- Coordinates schedules and other details with the chief pilot and pilot staff.
- Reports prospective customers to management for sales follow-up and participates actively in cross-selling between departments.
- Assists with aircraft amenities setup and cleaning for upcoming flights.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Knowledge of airport/charter operations, general policies, and procedures.
- Knowledge of FAA rules and regulations.
- Experience in office management.
- Familiarity with company safety procedures.
- Proficient use of Total FBO software or other software with similar application.
- Proficient in Word and Excel softwares.
- Able to translate data into tables and graphs for optimum management of resources.
- Previous experience in sales.
- BA or BS desirable or equivalent work experience.

Charter Pilot Seeking professional and experienced charter pilot. Essential duties include: - Piloting a variety of aircraft to transport people and cargo to a variety of places. - Providing passenger enjoyment (supplying passenger amenities, selecting the smoothest possible flight conditions, carrying luggage, notifying passengers of possible delays or turbulence). - Ensuring the safety of flight objectives (pre-flight inspections, checks, flight planning, detecting and reporting equipment malfunctions). - Coordinating ground transportation (working with the destination FBO to ensure vehicle rentals are lined up if requested).
Requirements: Successful candidates must exhibit strong customer service and leadership skills. As an on-demand pilot, you must be able to work a flexible work schedule, often with limited notice. Only applicants who meet these minimum qualifications should apply: - 2,000 total hours commercial/ATP/instrument. - 500 hours multi-engine. - Minimum 100 hours must be within the past 12 months. - Current first-class FAA medical certificate. - Experience in PA34, PA31, C340, C414, and jets is preferred. - Must live within 30 minutes driving time from a Wisconsin Aviation base. - Team-oriented, capable of providing first-class customer service and care.

Certified Flight Instructor Join the Midwest’s most progressive general aviation training center which recently celebrated its 30th year in business! Enjoy working with a team of dedicated professionals in a friendly environment. As a CFI, you will provide aviation training for all levels of flight instruction—from sport pilot through ATP. In addition, you will provide BFRs, IPCs, scenic/introductory flights, and aircraft checkouts. We have a wide variety of aircraft from single engines to jets. We provide advancement opportunities to selected CFIs, which may include transition into our charter department.
Requirements: The minimum-qualified candidate must hold a CFI and have 500 total flight hours. A CFII/MEI is desirable.

Line Services Technician Seeking motivated individual who can provide superior customer service to our customers. Primary duties include: customer service to pilots and passengers, inspection and safe operation of ramp equipment, baggage handling, cleaning, aircraft fueling, and towing of various aircraft.
Requirements: Must have a high school diploma/GED equivalent and be 18 years of age or older. On-the-job training provided. Aviation knowledge is a plus but not required. Dependable and motivated individuals who possess the ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates must pass a ten-year background check and a federal fingerprint check, possess a valid driver's license, and have above-average communication skills.
