Quite often, first-time users of air charter have numerous questions. We have listed a few of the more frequently asked questions below. However, these are not nearly exhaustive nor are they personalized communication, so please call our charter department at 888-405-0211 about any additional questions or concerns you may have. We look forward to the opportunity of speaking with you and meeting your air travel needs.
Does it cost more if I add an additional passenger?
No, as long as the number of passengers do not exceed the aircraft's seating capacity. If so, a change in aircraft type may be necessary.
What is the difference between pressurized and non-pressurized aircraft?
Pressurized aircraft are able to fly at higher altitudes, thus improving cruise speeds and weather avoidance. Also, pressurized airplanes tend to be more comfortable for passengers with respiratory conditions.
What are the times that we can depart?
Since we fly to meet your schedule, you determine the departure and return times. You also have the option to advise us of the time that you need to arrive at your destination. In that case, we'll compute the appropriate departure time. We pride ourselves by having our charter pilots and aircraft available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to meet your travel needs.
Do the aircraft have toilets on board?
All jet, propjet, and some smaller twin-aircraft aircraft are equipped with personal relief facilities.
How much baggage is allowed?
It will vary depending on the total number of passengers and the type of aircraft being used. Our charter staff will advise you of the approximate baggage weight that can be accommodated. Normally, baggage is not a problem.
